When you rest undistracted

.”We need to take all the problems we encounter as the path so that they do not really hurt us in this life. As Khenpo Gangshar explains: “While you remain undistracted in naturalness, it is utterly impossible to accumulate karma and you have cut the stream of further accumulation of karma. Although you are not accumulating (new) karma, do not get the idea that there is neither good nor evil to be experienced as (past) karma.”
When you rest undistracted within the realization of the nature of your mind, whether during the equipoise of meditation practice or during post meditation practice, you cannot accumulate new good or bad karma because you are not experiencing any clinging or any aversion. Due to this, you do not perform any actions with karmic consequences, so you will no longer accumulate new karma.”
