On this blessed day where sweet energies flow like a gentle steady stream,
I turn to all that surrounds me: do hear all that I say and all that I mean!
I am you and you are me: so too the wind, earth, moon and beyond,
In this knowing I savour and am nourished by this perfect cosmic song.
We sing and dance together in the ceaseless rush of endless time
We meet in the vibrant stillness where there is neither yours nor mine.
For creation begins with a sparkle, an expanding play of light:
all is miracle, all is joyous, all is sacred in the heart's most secret site.
